Kaggle

• Verify with a phone number.

• Open a new notebook and rename it 00-fast.ai-intro.

• File -> Import Notebook and select the Link method. Go to the course22 github repository and get the link from the file you want. In this case, you should get the following (do not type this by hand).

  https://github.com/fastai/course22/blob/master/00-is-it-a-bird-creating-a-model-from-your-own-data.ipynb
  

• Check the “Notebook options” at the right sidebar.

  • Pick an accelerator (some GPU).
  • Internet on.
  • No options? You probably have not verified a phone number.

Troubleshooting

• No right sidebar. Cannot find “Notebook options”. Solution: when the sidebar is hidden there is a small tab with a triangle on it in the lower right. Use that to pull out the sidebar.

Deepnote

Deepnote does not provide access to a GPU for free. When I checked, they were $8/hour.
